Stella T Chilembo – Operations Manager

 Stella T. Chilembo is a dedicated public health professional who has been an integral part of Virtual Doctors for over 9 years. With a bachelor’s degree in public health and a Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation, she has progressed through various roles, from Field Assistant to her current position as Operations Manager. In this role, she oversees the Lusaka office and drives service expansion in Zambia and Malawi. Outside of her work with Virtual Doctors, Stella is a devoted mother of three, known for her commitment to balancing her professional and family responsibilities. In her free time, she enjoys visiting game parks, watching football, trying new foods, and cooking traditional meals with her children.
